Co-leader Ubiquitous Interaction at the Helsinki Instititute for Information Technology.Responsible for national and European research projects on interaction design of mixed reality and ubiquitous computing applications. Here a list of projects I have set up:

BeAware (2008-2011, EU ICT) Boosting Energy Awareness with Real-Time Adaptive Systems
Hydrosys (2008-2011, EU ICT) On-site monitoring of water resources using mobile mixed reality
IPcity (2006-2009, FET EU IST) Mixed Reality and Presence in Urban Environments
CALLAS (2006-2010, EU IST) Multimodal interfaces and emotions in art and entertainment

Coordinator of the EU Project BeAware.

Co-founder of a start-up commercializing multi-touch displays that originated from the IPcity Project.
