Heli Kautonen, MA, will defend the dissertation “BAIST-viitemalli julkista arvoa tuottavaan digitaaliseen palvelun käyttäjäkeskeiseen suunnitteluun“ (the BAIST Reference Model of user-centred design for public value in digital services)  on Friday 22 February 2019 at 12 noon in Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall T2, Konemiehentie 2, Espoo. The dissertation focuses on performance management of user-centred design in the development of public digital services. The main outcome of the research is the BAIST Reference Model, which creates a new understanding about the strategic elements of user-centred design.
