TalentIT – Finland’s biggest ICT recruitment and career fair

At this recruitment fair in Otahalli, there will be versatile discussions not only about the career paths but also about improving job-seeking skills. In addition a new TalentX area at the fair consists of new recruitment points produced in cooperation with students and businesses.

TalentIT 2018, the recruitment event organized by Aalto University, brings once again together students and businesses. There are more than 100 exhibitors registered. Besides the large corporations, there will be also many small and medium-sized companies, especially domestic growth and export companies that are targeting their products and services to the global market.

Aalto University invests heavily in the high quality employment and support for students. TalentIT 2018 has a large number of clinics and other points for students’ job search, skills demonstration and job-seeking skills improvement. In addition, AYY brings a the new TalentX area that offers versatile recruitment points. For effective networking the visitors can use an application that helps arrange short discussion between students and employers in advance. There will be also an area for the Aalto University units, and Aalto in the Game area shows the skills of the students in the game industry by showing their game demos.
