Sini Rautio, M.Sc.(Tech.), will defend the dissertation “Bioinformatic methods to understand gene expression and its regulation” on Friday 11 January 2019 at 12 noon at the Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall AS1, Maarintie 8, Espoo. In the dissertation, new computational methods were developed for DNA sequencing data analysis.
