The Finnish Center for Artificial Intelligence (FCAI) hosts the AI in Materials Science workshop on 28 January 2020 at 9 am – 12 pm. The workshop explores the possibilities of AI-assisted materials science and design and welcomes new researchers from Aalto University, University of Helsinki, and VTT to join the FCAI research community.

The program starts with six presentations introducing research examples on AI-assisted materials research. The presentations are followed by a kick-off meeting of the FCAI Highlight E AI-driven design of materials.
